iNDIE ADULT DANCE CLASSES

nipaluna/Hobart has a seriously diverse and deeply cool independent dance scene, we know, we think they're awesome.

In 2024, DRILL is making steps to support our amazing local artists and create stronger pathways for our company members into dance theatre and within the independent sector.

Enter: INDIE

In term 1, we ran a four-week block of pro/pre-professional morning classes to further bridge the space between Senior Company, dance studies, and the big wide world. And it rocked!

We are BACK in Term 2 with a fresh new six-week block of Friday morning classes.

You can be any age and any stage of your dance journey, however the level is pitched at an intermediate/advanced space to cater for our independent creatives in the community that want to sweat, hone their craft and engage in a regular creative based practice.

We hope to keep offering this in term blocks all year round outside of our major projects. So get along to class!

Friday May 17, 24, 31 + June 7, 14 + 21

9:30am-10:45am at our home at Kickstart Arts, 12 St Johns Avenue, New Town

$15 casually // or $60 for all six classes
